About the Job

We are seeking a highly skilled and passionate Licensed Professional Counselor or Licensed Clinical Social Worker to join our team as a DBT Therapist. As a member of our multidisciplinary team, you will have the opportunity to work with adult and adolescent patients, providing individual and group therapy sessions.

Responsibilities
  • Provide DBT therapy sessions to patients, adhering to the Linehan protocol
  • Collaborate with colleagues to develop and implement treatment plans
  • Participate in weekly DBT consultation group to ensure adherence to the protocol
  • Work with patients to develop coping skills and strategies for managing emotions
  • Document patient progress and maintain accurate records
About the Dialectical Behavior Therapy Program

Our DBT program is designed to provide patients with the skills and support they need to manage their emotions and behaviors. As a DBT Therapist, you will have the opportunity to work with patients who are struggling with a range of issues, including anxiety, depression, and trauma.

Qualifications
  • Master's or doctoral degree in a clinical mental health field (e.g. MSW, Professional Counselor, Ph.D)
  • Full licensure by the State of Missouri to practice independently
  • Credentialing-eligible for managed care panels in Missouri
