About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and passionate Licensed Psychologist to join our team as a Radically Open (RO)-Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) Specialist. As a key member of our multidisciplinary team, you will have the opportunity to work with patients who suffer from over-control and provide them with the tools and support they need to lead fulfilling lives.

Responsibilities
  • Provide individual sessions to patients using RO-DBT adherent therapy
  • Co-facilitate adult and adolescent RO skill classes
  • Collaborate with colleagues through weekly consultation team meetings
  • Develop and maintain a caseload of individual patients
Requirements
  • Master's or doctoral degree in a clinical mental health field
  • Full licensure to practice independently in the State of Missouri
  • Current Psychology license in a PSYPACT state (for out-of-state candidates)
  • Credentialing-eligible for managed care panels in Missouri
  • RO-DBT training or in-process training through the Blended Learning program
