Entitlements Project Manager

We are seeking an experienced Entitlements Project Manager to oversee multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring each progresses smoothly through the entitlement process within a dynamic, high-volume setting.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in land development, development services, or home builder industry, with a proven track record of securing entitlements, including acquiring necessary approvals, permits, and related documentation.
The successful candidate will be responsible for conducting daily management of due diligence activities, crafting and adhering to project entitlement schedules, and compiling and analyzing cost data to construct feasibility budgets.
Additionally, the Entitlements Project Manager will be responsible for proactively identifying and addressing potential barriers to secure zoning and planning approvals, overseeing and guiding the work of consultants, and assessing consultant deliverables.
The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and professionalism skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring each progresses smoothly through the entitlement process
- Secure entitlements, including acquiring necessary approvals, permits, and related documentation
- Conduct daily management of due diligence activities
- Craft and adhere to project entitlement schedules
- Compile and analyze cost data to construct feasibility budgets

Requirements:
- 2-7+ years of experience within land development, development services, or home builder industry
- Bachelor's Degree
- Strong communication and professionalism skills
- Proficient in Microsoft and Excel
- Homebuilder industry experience or Entitlements PM experience preferred
