Key Responsibilities:

* Drive consistent project delivery through the entire project lifecycle.
* Develop and manage project plans, release plans, resource allocation, and management of project risks, scope, schedule, and delivery of value.
* Coordinate Agile ceremonies such as Sprint Planning, Daily Standups, Retrospectives, Sprint Demos, Story Refinement, and Release Planning.
* Track and communicate project progress from a schedule, cost, and risk perspective to the project team, stakeholders, and management.
* Establish an effective working environment for the teams and assist in removing obstacles.
* Foster a good relationship between the team and product owner, as well as other stakeholders outside the team.
* Track and report team velocity and other project metrics.
* Promote continuous improvement and help teams increase productivity.
* Assist the Product Owner and team with Product Backlog management.
* Ensure teams practice core Agile principles.

Requirements:

* Current Project Management Professional (PMP) from the Project Management Institute (PMI).
* Scrum Master Certification (CSM).
* Experience with the SAFe Framework is required; SAFe Certification is preferred.
