As an Account Liaison at Interim HealthCare, you will play a vital role in supporting our patients and families by establishing and maintaining relationships with referral sources. Your expertise in sales and marketing will drive profitable growth and increase awareness of our Home Health and Hospice Services.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement sales plans with our Executive Director/Administrator, including forecasts, target accounts, and budget for achieving objectives.
- Establish and maintain contact and relationships with referral sources to reach and influence prospective clients.
- Prepare and conduct presentations regarding Interim HealthCare and Hospice to organizations where prospective clients might be reached or influenced.
- Bachelor's Degree in a business-related subject or equivalent work experience and training.
- Five (5) years' successful sales experience with comparable customers, preferably to Hospitals and/or Nursing Homes.
- Knowledgeable in Home Health and Hospice required.
- Proven ability to work independently with minimal supervision while being an active team player.
