Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Human Capital Consultant to join our team at Booz Allen Hamilton. As a key member of our organization, you will play a critical role in helping our clients achieve their human capital goals and drive business success.

Key Responsibilities
  • Engage with clients to understand their human capital needs and develop tailored solutions to address them.
  • Administer HR programs, including benefits, awards, payroll, and onboarding, to ensure seamless execution and high-quality outcomes.
  • Provide expert guidance on HR issues and leverage your knowledge to resolve complex problems.
  • Analyze data to identify opportunities for improvement and develop strategies to increase process efficiency.
  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders, prioritize tasks, and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
Requirements
  • 2+ years of experience in a professional environment, including human resources.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office products, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • Knowledge of HR administration and management principles and practices.
  • Ability to analyze problems, conduct research, and evaluate options for action.
  • Ability to create a culture of engagement, collaboration, and teamwork.
  • TS/SCI clearance with a polygraph.
  • Bachelor's degree.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience in the DoD or Intelligence Community.
  • Ability to present findings to teammates and leadership teams.
  • Ability to manage conflicting priorities and timelines.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Excellent critical thinking skills.
Clearance

Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information. TS/SCI clearance with polygraph is required.

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including location, education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience. The projected compensation range for this position is $54,000.00 to $123,000.00 (annualized USD).
