As a key member of our HR team, you will be responsible for providing strategic HR guidance and support to our divisional leaders and employees.

Key Responsibilities:

* Partner with the division HR team to develop and implement HR initiatives that drive business results
* Manage and resolve complex employee relations issues, including investigations and counseling
* Provide day-to-day performance management guidance to line management, including coaching, counseling, and disciplinary actions
* Consult with managers and supervisors on HR-related matters, including policy interpretation and compliance
* Maintain in-depth knowledge of legal requirements related to employee management and ensure regulatory compliance
* Coordinate recruitment processes, including requisition approvals and onboarding/orientation of new hires
* Use metrics to inform business decisions and drive business outcomes
* Coordinate delivery of training and coaching programs and participate in their evaluation
* Address benefits questions and concerns, and coordinate with central benefits staff as needed
* Plan and facilitate employee events
* Serve as a liaison with third parties and stakeholders as needed

Requirements:

* Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
* Minimum four years of Human Resources experience, including a combination of Employee Relations, Training, Recruitment, and Compensation/Benefits
* Ability to work independently and make sound judgment calls
* Pleasant customer service orientation and professional demeanor
* Demonstrated experience using effective interpersonal skills, listening, diplomacy, and tact to build strong professional relationships
* Advanced MS Office skills, including Word, Excel, and Outlook
* Experience with Workday, a plus
* Professional in Human Resources (PHR) or SHRM certification, a plus
