- Act as a subject matter authority and project manager for key operational projects.
- Anticipate and address problems and future trends, and develop solutions to meet business needs.
- Optimize broker contracts to ensure efficient use of resources.
- Drive company-wide impact through planning and growing retail presence across the country.
- Promote Chobani's culture by driving team engagement and community activities.
- Implement talent selection, training, and performance management processes.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and functional processes.
- Bachelor's degree required.
- 10+ years of experience in sales, influencing, and in-store execution.
- Strong selling skills and ability to influence at customer and internal levels.
- Previous people management experience.
- Self-motivated with a proven track record of working independently in a large market and multitasking across a geographical area.
- Effective time-management and scheduling skills, with the ability to balance multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to convey market insights and conditions to management.
- Ability to think, formulate, and present alternative ways to do business in respective markets.
- Must have a personal vehicle and excellent driving record for use during work hours.
- Willingness to travel 70% of the time or as needed to ensure the distribution network is successful.
