Early Childhood Education Lead Teacher

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Lead Teacher to join our team at KinderCare Education. As a Lead Teacher, you will play a vital role in shaping the educational journey of our young learners and supporting the growth and development of our staff.
Key Responsibilities- Lead and mentor less experienced teachers in your classroom, providing guidance and feedback to ensure a high-quality learning environment.
- Implement KinderCare's research-backed curriculum in a way that meets the unique needs of each child, fostering a love of learning and a strong foundation for future success.
- Create a safe, nurturing environment that encourages children to explore, discover, and grow.
- Partner with parents to provide exceptional care and education, building strong relationships and a sense of community.
- Support the success of your center, working collaboratively with staff and leadership to achieve goals and drive results.
- Cultivate positive relationships with families, teachers, and community partners, promoting a culture of excellence and innovation.
- Outstanding customer service skills, with a strong ability to communicate effectively and build strong relationships.
- Possess a Child Development Associate (CDA) Credential or meet NAEYC candidacy requirements, demonstrating a commitment to excellence in early childhood education.
- Approved state trainer (preferred) and 2-3 years of experience in early childhood education, with a Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education (preferred).
- CPR and First Aid Certification or willingness to obtain, with the ability to lift a minimum of 40 pounds and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Meet state-specific guidelines for the role, with a strong ability to read, write, understand, and speak English to communicate effectively with children and parents.
