Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee the delivery of waiver and state services to individuals
  • Develop and implement Person-Centered Focus plans
  • Supervise direct support staff and ensure effective implementation of services
  • Monitor progress and make recommendations for modification to Individual Service Plans (ISPs)
  • Conduct functional assessments and create outcome measurements
  • Collaborate with providers and service monitors to ensure high-quality care
Requirements:
  • Doctoral degree in Behavioral or Social Sciences, or related field
  • 1-5 years of experience in treating/teaching individuals with intellectual/developmental disabilities
  • CPR, Standard First Aid, and Crisis Prevention Intervention Training certifications
  • Board Certified Behavior Analysis, Advanced Practice Nurse, or related professional licenses
