This role involves the installation, troubleshooting, repair, and maintenance of a variety of air compressor systems and components. A keen attention to detail and strong technical skills are crucial for success in this position.

Core Responsibilities:

  • Communicate effectively with clients and team members
  • Provide expert technical support for equipment installations and repairs
  • Conduct thorough safety evaluations
  • Document all service activities accurately
  • Enhance customer understanding of our products and services
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients
  • Clarify practices and procedures as needed
  • Ensure optimal equipment performance through preventative maintenance

Qualifications:

  • 2-5 years of experience in troubleshooting
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Strong customer service abilities
  • Valid driver's license required
  • Physical capability to lift and transport heavy items

  • Ability to interpret wiring diagrams
  • Provide technical assistance to clients
