Resumen del Trabajo:

El/la Contador/a a Tiempo Parcial será responsable de gestionar los registros financieros y las transacciones de nuestro portafolio de propiedades utilizando el software Yardi. Este rol requiere una atención meticulosa a los detalles, excelentes habilidades organizativas y competencia en Yardi. El candidato/a seleccionado/a trabajará de forma remota y proporcionará un apoyo crucial a nuestro equipo contable.

Responsabilidades Clave:


• Mantenimiento de Registros Financieros: Mantener registros financieros precisos y actualizados para múltiples propiedades utilizando el software de gestión de propiedades Yardi.


• Cuentas por Pagar y Cobrar: Procesar facturas, pagos y cobros de alquiler, asegurando transacciones oportunas y precisas.


• Conciliación Bancaria: Realizar conciliaciones bancarias mensuales para asegurar que todos los registros financieros sean precisos y actuales.


• Informes Financieros: Preparar y distribuir informes financieros regulares, incluyendo estados de resultados, balances y estados de flujo de efectivo.


• Gestión Presupuestaria: Asistir en la preparación y monitoreo de presupuestos de propiedades, proporcionando información y recomendaciones para mejoras financieras.


• Seguimiento de Gastos: Monitorear y categorizar gastos, asegurando la documentación adecuada y el cumplimiento de las políticas de la empresa.


• Comunicación: Colaborar con gerentes de propiedades, inquilinos y proveedores para resolver discrepancias o problemas financieros.


• Cumplimiento: Asegurar que todas las actividades financieras cumplan con las leyes, regulaciones y políticas de la empresa pertinentes.

Calificaciones:


• Experiencia: Mínimo de 2 años de experiencia en contabilidad, con preferencia por experiencia en gestión de propiedades.


• Competencia en Yardi: Experiencia demostrada en el uso del software de gestión de propiedades Yardi es esencial.


• Educación: Se prefiere título asociado en contabilidad, finanzas o un campo relacionado.


• Habilidades:


• Sólido entendimiento de principios y prácticas contables.


• Excelentes habilidades organizativas y de gestión del tiempo.


• Alto nivel de precisión y atención al detalle.


• Competencia en Microsoft Office, especialmente Excel.


• Fuertes habilidades de comunicación e interpersonales.

Especificaciones del Contratista:


• Estado de Contratista Independiente: Esta posición es para un contratista independiente 1099. Como contratista, será responsable de sus propios impuestos, seguros y otros beneficios.


• Términos de Pago: Las facturas deben ser presentadas de manera quincenal o mensual, con pago realizado dentro de cinco días hábiles tras la recepción de la factura.


• Herramientas y Equipos: Como contratista independiente, deberá proporcionar su propia computadora, software de negocios general y otras herramientas necesarias para realizar sus funciones.


• No Empleado: No será considerado empleado de Guiding Point Properties, LLC, y este acuerdo no incluye beneficios o protecciones para empleados.

Requisitos Adicionales:


• Entorno de Trabajo Remoto: Debe contar con una conexión a internet confiable y un espacio de oficina adecuado en casa.


• Disponibilidad: Flexibilidad para trabajar de 3 a 5 horas por semana, con la posibilidad de ajustar las horas según la carga de trabajo y los plazos.
