Role Summary:
The GRC - Audit Senior Infosec Analyst will serve as a pivotal liaison for Audit and Risk initiatives, working in close partnership with Audit teams and Technology stakeholders to ensure compliance and effective risk management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as the primary contact for Audit and Risk operations, fostering collaboration with Audit teams and Technology stakeholders.
- Engage in process walkthroughs with Audit teams to guarantee comprehensive understanding and adherence to compliance standards.
- Offer expert guidance and support to Technology teams, assisting them in navigating audit and risk obligations.
- Perform quality assurance and quality control reviews of audit documentation prior to submission, ensuring precision and thoroughness.
Preferred Skills for Audit:
- Contribute to the formulation of action plans aimed at rectifying control deficiencies identified through self-assessments or audit evaluations.
- Compile closure documentation to validate the resolution of Technology-related audit findings.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Technology, Risk Management, Audit, or a related discipline. Advanced degrees or professional certifications in risk management, compliance, or audit (e.g., CRISC, CAMS, CISSP) are beneficial but not mandatory.
- 3-5 years of experience in risk management within the banking or financial services sector.
- Strong grasp of regulatory frameworks and industry standards pertaining to Compliance, Operational Risk, and Audit.
- Demonstrated ability to create and oversee risk management policies and control frameworks.
Desired Qualifications:
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving capabilities, with a keen attention to detail and the ability to address intricate risk and control challenges.
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage and influence stakeholders across all organizational levels.
- Proficiency in risk assessment methodologies and tools, with the capacity to conduct thorough reviews and audits of business processes and controls.
- Strong organizational abilities, with the capacity to manage multiple priorities and initiatives concurrently.
