About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Account Manager to join our Energy team. As an Account Manager, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our customers, identifying new business opportunities, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities, leveraging industry knowledge and market insights
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of sales strategies
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance, providing insights and recommendations for improvement

Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree preferred
  • At least three years of outside sales experience, preferably in an environment with set targets
  • Hands-on attitude, with ability to demonstrate tools and platforms to customers
  • Excellent time and territory management skills, with ability to work a flexible schedule
  • Valid driver's license, with ability to drive a company car
