Job Title: Operation Line Technician

Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled Operation Line Technician to join our team at Europastry. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for ensuring the efficient operation of multiple machines and maintaining the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure the efficient operation of multiple machines and maintain quality standards
  • Perform inspections and minor mechanical functions
  • Conduct preventative maintenance on machines as required
  • Ensure loose products are handled properly and do not disturb the process
  • Identify and eliminate technical malfunctions
  • Work in unison with other co-workers on the line
  • Ensure proper cleaning, operations, and safety of machines and work area

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience working with multiple operating machines in a food manufacturing facility
  • Training in general safety, food safety, and quality awareness
  • Bilingual a plus
  • Knowledge of 5S and Lean Manufacturing a plus
