Job Description

Armstrong Receivable Management, a leading debt recovery and financial solutions company, is seeking a skilled Loss Control Field Inspector to join our team.

Job Summary:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized individual to conduct insurance loss control inspections on commercial and residential properties. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of risk assessment and mitigation strategies, as well as excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct thorough physical inspections of commercial and residential properties to identify potential risks and hazards.
  • Apply manual rules and company standards to assess and mitigate risks, ensuring compliance with industry regulations.
  • Prepare detailed reports and surveys to document findings and recommendations.
  • Communicate with clients and stakeholders to schedule inspections and provide updates on survey status.
  • Develop and maintain a schedule to optimize inspection efficiency and ensure timely completion of tasks.

Requirements:

  • Valid driver's license and satisfactory driving record.
  • Competent use of digital camera, word processing, and email software.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
