Salary:
The estimated salary for this position is $15/hour plus commission, which can lead to a substantial monthly bonus eligibility.
Job Description:
We are seeking a highly motivated and capable Inbound Sales Representative to join our team. As a representative, your primary responsibility will be to assist customers by reserving the best storage unit that meets their individual needs and delivering amazing customer service. You will work closely with our close-knit team, allowing our passionate leaders to coach you to success.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Experience in sales/customer service
- Ability to connect over the phone
- Comfortable using Microsoft Windows applications
- High school diploma or GED
- Pass background and drug screening
- Able to work some weekends
