Account Manager Job Description

We are looking for a skilled Account Manager to join our team at LHC Group. As an Account Executive, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders, identifying new business opportunities, and driving business growth through effective sales calls and strategic account development.

Key Responsibilities
  • Achieve monthly Personal Production Goals and MC admit budgets for assigned locations.
  • Develop and execute a weekly, monthly, and quarterly strategy to increase market share through key account development.
  • Plan and maximize territory coverage of both existing and prospective accounts.
  • Execute effective sales calls that identify and meet the needs of referral communities and clearly communicate the features and benefits of LHC Group services.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Two to three years of prior successful Home Health or Hospice sales experience.
  • Excellent presentation, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Strong computer skills to meet Microsoft Outlook and CRM software requirements.
  • The ability to work independently with minimal supervision and be self-motivated.
Estimated Salary

$60,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience.
