This role involves working under the guidance of the Service Delivery Manager to ensure the effective troubleshooting, maintenance, and repair of low voltage systems. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in security systems, including surveillance cameras, access control systems, and audio-visual technology.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct site assessments and ensure safety protocols are followed.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service while maintaining high service standards.
  • Complete service work orders with a focus on quality assurance and safety.
  • Operate independently in the field, making informed decisions as needed.
  • Perform comprehensive troubleshooting and repairs on low voltage systems in commercial settings.
  • Test all repairs in compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Document all work accurately, including notes and communications, in online systems.
  • Participate in the on-call rotation for emergency service requests.
  • Maintain the company vehicle to established standards.
  • Exhibit a professional appearance and demeanor at all times.
  • Provide feedback for service improvement to the Field Service Supervisor.
  • Communicate effectively regarding scheduling and service issues.
  • Carry out additional duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in surveillance and access control systems.
  • Strong background in physical security hardware is preferred.
  • Proficient in using testing equipment such as Fluke testers and meters.
  • Familiarity with industry-standard tools and equipment.
  • Demonstrated mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting capabilities.
  • Understanding of troubleshooting methodologies and relay logic.

Requirements:

  • Proficient in computer use and documentation.
  • Strong communication skills in English.
  • Competent in basic mathematical calculations.
  • A valid driver's license is mandatory.
  • Physical capability to perform essential job functions, including lifting and climbing.
  • Adherence to safety protocols and drug-free workplace policies.
