Production Manager Job Description

At Bath Planet, we're seeking a highly skilled Production Manager to join our team in Baton Rouge, LA. As a key member of our installation team, you'll be responsible for ensuring the highest level of quality and customer satisfaction in our acrylic bath systems.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage the installation team and ensure they meet their accountabilities
  • Maintain 100% customer satisfaction and 100% positive feedback from customers on installers
  • Contact customers 1 week after install for satisfaction review and on a weekly basis to keep them informed of the production timeline
  • Plan and schedule all installations, review contracts with the sales team prior to ordering, and order all products
  • Manage relationships with vendors, manage incoming products and warehouse, and place all material orders
  • Assist installers with issues during installation and coordinate all warranty and service calls
  • Personally attend a weekly staff meeting in Baton Rouge
Requirements:
  • 2 years' experience in acrylic bath systems or 5 years trim/cabinet building experience
  • 3 years of construction and installation experience as a project lead or foreman
  • Knowledge of construction and code requirements
  • Resourceful problem-solving abilities, excellent organizational, time management, multi-tasking, and skills while managing information for multiple jobs
  • Versatility and a willingness to work within changing priorities
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to bend over, lift, and carry 50 lbs
  • Valid driver's license and clean driving record
