Job Title: Salesforce Administrator

Arnold Ventures is seeking a highly skilled Salesforce Administrator to join our Operational Planning and Data Strategy team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing and maintaining our Salesforce platform, ensuring seamless data flow and functionality across our organization.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage new user activation and offboarding, including updates to roles, profiles, and permission sets.
  • Develop and maintain customized reports and dashboards to support data-driven decision-making.
  • Customize Salesforce to meet organizational needs, including creating and modifying Flows, objects, fields, and page layouts.
  • Oversee data imports, exports, and migrations, ensuring data accuracy and consistency.
  • Perform routine maintenance, upgrades, security, and data integrity checks on the Salesforce platform.
  • Support integrations with other tools and systems, ensuring seamless data flow and functionality.
  • Monitor security measures to protect data and ensure compliance with organizational policies.
  • Identify opportunities to streamline and improve processes using Salesforce features and best practices.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
  • 3 years of experience with Salesforce, including hands-on experience with Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud.
  • Salesforce Administrator Certification (ADM 201).
  • Strong understanding of Salesforce products, functionalities, and best practices.
  • Experience with data management and database concepts.
  • Proficiency in creating and managing custom objects, fields, flows, and validation rules.

  • A competitive salary range of $95,000-$115,000.
