We are seeking a highly skilled Process Engineer to join our team at BlackRock Resources.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and implement process improvements to enhance safety performance, regulatory compliance, quality, efficiency, and equipment reliability.
- Provide process engineering support for capital and expense projects, including scope development, material and energy balances, and equipment sizing.
- Collaborate with Process Chemists on new product introductions, waste minimization, and energy consumption optimization.
- Participate in and lead investigations, management of change, and PHAs.
- Optimize product mix and flexibility across production lines.
- Troubleshoot process and equipment operability issues and implement solutions.
Requirements:
- BS Degree in Chemical Engineering.
- 5 to 7 years' experience working in a regulated chemical manufacturing environment.
