Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and implement process improvements to enhance safety performance, regulatory compliance, quality, efficiency, and equipment reliability.
  • Provide process engineering support for capital and expense projects, including scope development, material and energy balances, and equipment sizing.
  • Collaborate with Process Chemists on new product introductions, waste minimization, and energy consumption optimization.
  • Participate in and lead investigations, management of change, and PHAs.
  • Optimize product mix and flexibility across production lines.
  • Troubleshoot process and equipment operability issues and implement solutions.

Requirements:

  • BS Degree in Chemical Engineering.
  • 5 to 7 years' experience working in a regulated chemical manufacturing environment.
