Job Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled Business Process Analyst to join our team at @Orchard LLC. As a Business Process Analyst, you will play a critical role in improving existing processes and systems, utilizing your conceptualizing, reasoning, and interpretation skills to identify and resolve complex problems.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct extensive investigations to understand the root cause of problems, spanning a wide range of difficult and unique issues across functions and businesses.
  • Utilize your education, experience, and practical knowledge of project management to define and conduct critical process and performance improvement tasks.
Requirements:
  • Junior Business Process Analyst: At least 1-3 years of experience as a Business Process Analyst supporting DOD agencies, Navy experience preferred. Associate's Degree in the field or a related area, with a bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Mid-career Business Process Analyst: At least 5 years of experience as a Business Process Analyst supporting a Federal client with at least 18 months of experience working with the US Navy. Bachelor's Degree in the field or a related area, such as a Bachelor of Science in Industrial Engineering (BSIE). Certification as an experienced LEAN practitioner, such as American Society for Quality (ASQ), certified black belts preferred.
