As responsabilidades incluem, mas não se limitam a:

  • Estabelecer relações com clientes e seguir o cliente, conforme necessário.
  • Fornecer serviços ao cliente rápido, preciso e amigável. O serviço pode incluir responder a perguntas sobre disponibilidade de seguros, elegibilidade, coberturas, alterações de política, transferências, submissão de reivindicações e esclarecimento de faturas.
  • Usar um processo de revisão baseado nas necessidades do cliente para educar os clientes sobre opções de seguros.
  • Mantém um forte trabalho de equipe com um compromisso total com o sucesso todos os dias.
