Lead Store Executive

Key ResponsibilitiesAs the Automotive Store Manager, your responsibilities will encompass, but are not limited to:
- Leadership Duties: Directing, coordinating, and evaluating store operations. You will supervise a team of four to five non-supervisory staff members and one assistant manager in a collaborative environment. This includes carrying out supervisory duties in line with company policies and legal regulations.
- Staff Management: Involves interviewing, hiring, and training new employees; planning, assigning, and directing work; evaluating performance; and administering rewards and disciplinary actions.
- Operational Excellence: Ensure operational requirements are met by scheduling and assigning staff while monitoring work outcomes.
- Inventory Management: Maintain merchandise availability by overseeing inventory levels.
- Security Measures: Implement security systems to safeguard merchandise.
- Customer Engagement: Build relationships with customers to identify current and future service needs.
- Compliance: Uphold the store's stability and reputation by adhering to legal standards.
- Workplace Safety: Ensure a safe and clean environment for both employees and customers.
- Strategic Planning: Adjust marketing strategies based on operational and financial performance reviews.
- Policy Enforcement: Maintain operational integrity by initiating and enforcing policies and procedures.
The following qualifications are essential for this role:
- Experience: A minimum of two to four years in a supervisory or management capacity. Previous experience in automotive retail or related fields is advantageous.
- Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal and written communication abilities. Proficient in reading, analyzing, and interpreting business documents and regulations. Capable of drafting reports and business correspondence.
- Mathematical Skills: Ability to perform calculations involving discounts, interest, and percentages.
- Technical Skills: Familiarity with word processing, spreadsheet, inventory, payroll, internet, and database software.
- Licenses: A valid driver's license is required.
