Job Summary:

We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Registered Nurse to join our Oncology team at Mercy Hospital. As an Oncology Nurse, you will provide person-centered care to patients with complex cancer diagnoses and hematological disorders.

Responsibilities:
  • Administer chemotherapy and other medications as prescribed by physicians
  • Monitor patients' vital signs and report any changes to the healthcare team
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient care plans
  • Provide education to patients and families on disease management and treatment options
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes

Requirements:
  • Current RN license in the State of Missouri
  • Basic Life Support certification through the American Heart Association
  • Experience in oncology or a related field
