  • Participate in performance improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and quality of care.

Qualifications

  • Master's degree in Nursing or related field.
  • Current RN licensure and certification in MedSurg, Urology, and Oncology.
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required.
  • Ability to lift 25 pounds, stand for long periods, and move quickly in response to patient needs.
