Medical Assistant Opportunity

Sante Health System is seeking a highly skilled Medical Assistant to join our team at Community Medical Providers in Fresno, CA. This role is responsible for providing exceptional patient care and supporting our healthcare team in delivering high-quality services.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist in the delivery of primary health care and patient care management
  • Perform selected nursing and administrative duties, such as referrals and authorizations
  • Prepare patients for examination and treatment, take vital signs, and maintain patient files and records
  • Provide general information on departmental policies and procedures, and maintain patient confidentiality
  • Participate in professional development activities and maintain professional affiliations
Requirements:
  • High school diploma/GED equivalent
  • Graduation from an accredited program for Medical Assistants
  • Certification from the American Association of Medical Assistants preferred
