Nursing Specialist Lead

Nursing Specialist Lead is responsible for overseeing nursing care services at the Sunland Center. This role requires expertise in assessing resident needs, developing care plans, and ensuring compliance with policies and procedures.

Responsibilities:
- Assess resident needs and develop individualized care plans
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure effective care delivery
- Implement and evaluate care programs to improve outcomes
- Provide training and guidance to staff on nursing practices and policies
- Ensure compliance with regulations and standards of care
Requirements:
- Licensure as a Registered Professional Nurse in Florida or eligibility to practice under Florida Statute 464
- Knowledge of nursing principles, practices, and techniques
- Experience in long-term care or similar settings
- Strong communication and leadership skills
