We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Certified Practical Nurse (CPN) to join our team at Covenant Care. As a CPN, you will provide high-quality nursing care to patients in their homes, focusing on delivering personalized attention and support.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist the Registered Nurse or Physician in performing specialized procedures and duties
- Provide prescribed nursing care procedures to assigned clients
- Participate in assessing, planning, implementing and evaluating client care in collaboration with an RN
Requirements:
- Graduate of an accredited LPN program required
- Minimum one year nursing experience
- Current LPN license in the State of Florida
