About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Audit Manager to join our team at Bridges Staffing. As a key member of our financial services team, you will be responsible for managing a group of clients and providing expert services in the areas of individual and business taxation.

Key Responsibilities
  • Client Management: Manage a portfolio of clients and provide high-level client service, ensuring their financial needs are met and exceeded.
  • Project Management: Plan and manage project deadlines, coordinating with team members to ensure timely completion and delivery of high-quality results.
  • Taxation Expertise: Review and analyze business and individual tax returns, providing timely and constructive feedback to clients.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with team members to continually improve processes and procedures, ensuring the highest level of service delivery.
  • Professional Development: Stay up-to-date with tax law changes, accounting developments, and best practices, applying this knowledge to drive business growth and improvement.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
  • Professional Certifications: CPA or EA in progress is preferred.
  • Experience: 3+ years of experience in public accounting, reviewing individual and business taxation.
