- Training and Development: Develop and coordinate management training, annual refresher training, new employee training, task-specific training, independent contractor, and first aid safety training programs.
- Performance Compliance Audits: Conduct EH&S performance compliance audits to ensure the safety of our workplace and employees.
- Professional Development: Maintain and increase professional knowledge and expertise related to environmental protection, occupational health, and industrial safety, staying up-to-date with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
- Bachelor's degree preferred.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.
- OSHA 10-hour certification.
- Knowledge of OSHA Standards/Regulations.
- Strong oral and written communication skills.
- Proficient with Microsoft Word and Excel.
