Job Overview

This is a full-time position for a Night Auditor at Premier Resorts Management Inc, offering a unique opportunity to work in a dynamic hotel environment.


PRIMARY OBJECTIVE:

To meticulously audit, balance, and report on various hotel operations, ensuring adherence to established policies and procedures while safeguarding against discrepancies.


KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
  1. Food and Beverage Auditing: Review and reconcile all cash and credit transactions related to food and beverage services, including restaurants and room service, ensuring accuracy in financial reporting. (20%)
  2. Front Desk Operations: Audit and balance front desk transactions, including room charges and guest accounts, to verify compliance with cash handling protocols. (35%)
  3. Room Information Management: Prepare and verify reports on room performance to assist management in operational assessments. (20%)
  4. Daily Reporting: Compile and input statistical data for the preparation of daily financial reports. (5%)
  5. Bank Reconciliation: Ensure daily closure and reconciliation of all bank ticket codes. (5%)
  6. Final Audit Procedures: Execute the night audit process after confirming all revenue streams are balanced. (5%)
  7. Front Desk Duties: Perform front desk clerk responsibilities, including express checkouts, as required. (25%)

ADDITIONAL FUNCTIONS:

Assist with bell and housekeeping duties as needed. (5%)


Qualifications:

Education: High School diploma or equivalent experience.

Experience: Background in accounting is preferred but not mandatory.

Skills: Proficient in operating a Personal Computer, Cash Register, and Calculator. Strong analytical skills with attention to detail. Excellent telephone etiquette and guest relations abilities.


SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES:

No direct reports.


TRAVEL REQUIREMENTS:

No travel required.


WORKING HOURS:

11:00 PM – 7:00 AM; schedule may vary based on operational needs.
