Key Responsibilities
  • Calibrate, maintain, install, troubleshoot, and repair test systems at customer sites
  • Apply MTS technology and business practices to deliver exceptional customer service and optimize business operations
  • Manage customer relationships and business activities to drive revenue growth and customer satisfaction
  • Diagnose equipment problems and restore equipment operations
  • Perform calibrations and maintenance activities independently
  • Implement the operational requirements of the MTS Corporate and Field Service Quality System
Requirements
  • BS degree in Engineering or technical discipline with a minimum of 2 years relevant experience
  • AA(Vo-tech) degree in a technical field or equivalent military training with a minimum of 4 years relevant experience
  • Knowledge of PID Controllers and ability to troubleshoot to board level
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work with high degree of personal discipline and adapt to changing priorities
