- Perform clinical tests, treatments, therapies, medication administration, health teaching, and counseling as directed by the PCP and RN
- Education to meet certification, license, or registration requirements
- Oregon Licensed Practical Nurse upon hire
- National Provider BLS - American Heart Association within 30 days of hire
