Job Title: Board Certified Behavior Analyst

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled BCBA to provide behavioral services and strategies for our growing program. As a key member of our team, you will develop, implement, and supervise behavioral plans to help children with Autism Spectrum Disorder, ADHD, Mood Disorders, or other behavioral challenges thrive.

Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement behavioral programs to ensure safety, structure, and enrichment for children.
  • Provide training to staff, volunteers, and parents on behavioral strategies and techniques.
  • Assess individual needs and develop behavioral plans to support children's growth and development.
  • Provide on-site behavioral interventions and model behavioral skills for staff.
  • Facilitate groups with caregivers, siblings, and family members to promote understanding and support.
  • Develop materials to support behavior training and maintain compliance with program policies and procedures.
  • Participate in team meetings and parent conferences to ensure effective communication and collaboration.
Qualifications:
  • Master's degree from an accredited institution.
  • BCBA certification and LBSC license required.
  • 1 year of experience providing ABA services.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Ability to multi-task and meet deadlines.
  • Reliable, responsible attitude and compassionate approach.
  • Commitment to quality in everything you do.
