Job Summary:
The Marketing Coordinator will assist the marketing team in implementing marketing promotions and special events. This role requires strong communication and organizational skills, as well as the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the planning and execution of marketing events and promotions.
- Coordinate the setup and distribution of promotional materials.
- Maintain accurate inventory management to ensure items are properly cataloged and stored.
- Coordinate the setup of promotional events, giveaways, and special events.
- Maintain on-property digital and print collateral to ensure accuracy and relevance.
- Responsible for the takedown and load-in of promotional products.
- Maintain confidential files and sample books of marketing collateral.
- Assist in maintaining awareness of company promotions, events, and programs.
- Comply with all internal controls, company policies, and safety regulations.
Requirements:
- High school diploma required.
- One to two years of experience in events, marketing, hospitality, or retail.
- Drivers License, Alcohol Card, and NV Gaming Control Board registration required.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Microsoft Office skills.
