Overview

As a Restaurant Operations Manager at Subway, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our restaurants. This includes managing inventory, controlling costs, and maintaining high standards of customer service.


Salary & Benefits

The estimated annual salary for this position is $43,200 - $54,720, based on a 40-hour workweek. Additionally, you can expect to earn tips and participate in a weekly bonus program tied to store performance. Health insurance reimbursement is also available.


Job Description

This key leadership role involves:

  • Customer Experience: Providing excellent guest experience by ensuring great food is prepared & served, maintaining cleanliness and functionality of the restaurant, and addressing customer concerns in a timely manner.
  • Inventory Management: Coordinating local marketing initiatives, including community outreach, recruiting staff, maintaining standards of restaurant safety and security, and monitoring inventory levels to minimize waste and excess stock.
  • Team Development: Recruiting and rewarding outstanding Team members, ensuring safety and security protocols are followed, and identifying opportunities for growth and development within the team.

Required Skills & Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you must have:

  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in a restaurant environment, with a proven track record of success in supervising and training staff.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to deal effectively with all levels of team members.
  • Computer knowledge, including proficiency in operating point-of-sale systems and cash registers.
