We are seeking a skilled Hospital Emergency Services Director to lead our team at Clinical Management Consultants in Western Nebraska. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for providing strategic leadership and innovative changes to our busy department.
The ideal candidate will have experience in emergency services management and excellent communication skills. You will work closely with other department directors and nurse managers to create an environment that prioritizes high-quality patient care.
In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations, implementing policy changes, and monitoring the department's performance. You will also provide expert guidance to faculty members on emergency services and preparedness.
A competitive salary is offered for this position, including an annual bonus potential and relocation assistance. The estimated salary range for this role is $120,000 - $150,000 per year, depending on experience.
