Your primary responsibilities will encompass:

  • Entering sales agreements, amendments, and modifications into tracking software.
  • Ensuring the precision and completeness of all submitted agreements and modifications, including verifying approval signatures.
  • Inputting all customer selection options into the system.
  • Organizing files for and distributing agreements and modifications.
  • Maintaining a log of issues related to agreements with discrepancies.
  • Assisting clients with mortgage financing and coordinating with title companies to schedule closings and resolve any issues that may arise.
  • Engaging with and supporting clients regarding all aspects related to the closing of their new residence, addressing inquiries and resolving issues through collaboration with other departments.
Qualifications for this role include:
  • A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in Contracts or Closing, preferably within the homebuilding sector.
  • Familiarity with accounting principles, contract regulations, and proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Strong ability to prioritize tasks, meet tight deadlines, and communicate effectively both verbally and in writing.
