Job Summary

The Federal Home Loan Bank of Pittsburgh is seeking a highly skilled Benefits and Payroll Analyst to join our team. This role is responsible for administering the Bank's payroll and benefits program, ensuring timely, accurate, and compliant processing of payroll and benefits data.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administer the Bank's payroll and benefits program, including data analysis, system maintenance, and vendor liaison.
  • Serve as the systems administrator for payroll, benefit, time tracking, and absence modules within the Workday application.
  • Coordinate benefits and payroll policy and procedure changes through internal and external parties.
  • Provide effective communication and training to employees on benefits and payroll programs.
  • Ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations, including HIPAA, ACA, and FMLA.
  • Perform monthly reconciliation of payroll and benefit accounts and provide documentation to accounting.
  • Assist with new employee orientation and onboarding, and conduct presentations on payroll and benefits programs.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or Accounting, or equivalent work experience.
  • Minimum of three years of payroll processing experience in a medium- or large-sized organization.
  • Experience with Workday HRMS required.
  • Three years of benefit administration experience highly preferred.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with ability to multitask and solve complex problems.
