Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our Urology team at Temple University Hospital. As a Staff Nurse, you will provide high-quality patient care, working collaboratively with our multidisciplinary team to deliver exceptional outcomes.

Responsibilities
  • Provide professional nursing care to patients with urological conditions, including assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of care.
  • Contribute to a safe and therapeutic environment, prioritizing patient comfort, dignity, and emotional well-being.
  • Collaborate with physicians, therapists, and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized care plans.
  • Participate in education and training programs to enhance clinical skills and stay current with best practices.
  • Document patient information accurately and thoroughly, maintaining confidentiality and adhering to HIPAA guidelines.
Requirements
  • Graduate of an accredited school of nursing (Required)
  • Bachelor's Degree (Preferred)
  • 1 Year experience in area of clinical specialty (Preferred)
  • Experience in an outpatient/ambulatory setting (Preferred)
  • General experience with EPIC EMR (Preferred)
  • RN-LIC - PA Registered Nurse License (Required)
  • BLS - Basic Life Support (Required)
Work Environment

This is a 40-hour day shift position, working Monday through Friday, 8:00am to 5:00pm.
