Business Systems Optimization Specialist

About the Role

This role is instrumental in optimizing the systems that support business operations, providing functional expertise and data-driven insights. As a Business Systems Optimization Specialist, you will be responsible for supporting and optimizing key business systems, ensuring they align with operational needs. You'll work closely with stakeholders to document business requirements, troubleshoot system issues, and create reports and dashboards for decision-making. Your expertise in technology and process optimization will help drive efficiencies across the organization.

Key Responsibilities:
Provide functional support for key business systems, including configuration, management, and testing.
Create and maintain reports, dashboards, and business intelligence tools to support data analysis and decision-making.
Collaborate with IT and vendors to troubleshoot and resolve system issues.
Document business requirements for new projects and enhancements, ensuring successful implementation.
Support regulatory and compliance needs.
Ensure consistent, secure, and reliable data across business systems.
Coordinate and test annual program changes with vendor partners to support updates.
Facilitate system testing and validation to ensure they meet business requirements.
Support Tableau application design, development, and end-user reporting.
Adhere to company policies, safety rules, and the company's core values.

Qualifications:

Education :
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Analytics, MIS, CS, or related field.
Experience : 3-8 years of relevant experience in business systems analysis or similar roles.

Technical Skills :
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access), and experience with data analysis tools such as Tableau and SQL.
Familiarity with financial and operational data.
