  • Analyze blueprints, specifications, proposals, and other documentation to prepare bid estimates.
  • Collaborate with clients, engineers, and project managers to determine project requirements and ensure estimates meet their needs.
  • Identify and quantify cost factors, such as production time, materials, and labor expenses.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers and subcontractors to obtain competitive pricing.
  • Ensure all estimates comply with industry standards and regulations.
  • Present estimates to clients and assist in negotiating contracts.
  • Track and analyze project costs and provide regular updates to management.
Qualifications:
  • Proven experience as a Commercial HVAC Sales Estimator or similar role.
  • Indepth knowledge of HVAC systems and components.
  • Strong analytical and mathematical skills.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Proficiency in estimating software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
  • Detailoriented with strong organizational skills.
  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field is preferred.
