Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Therapist I to join our team at San Jose Behavioral Health. As a Therapist I, you will play a critical role in providing high-quality mental health services to our patients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct psychotherapeutic assessments and develop treatment plans for patients.
  • Provide individual, group, and family therapy sessions as needed.
  • Maintain accurate documentation of therapy services provided.
  • Collaborate with other staff members to ensure comprehensive care for patients.
  • Participate in treatment team meetings and contribute to the development of treatment plans.
Requirements
  • Masters or better in Human Services, Social Work, or a related field.
  • Requisite state or national licensure for professional therapy providers.
  • One or more years' experience working in a comparable patient population.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Self-starter with the ability to work independently.
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
Compensation

Compensation for this role varies depending on factors such as location, role, skill set, and level of experience. The hourly range for this position is $33.00/hour - $50.00/hour - DOE.
