Job Summary

The Senior Program Administrator - Clinical Research Quality will oversee the management of programs, strategic projects, and key systems to ensure clinical research quality. This role will be responsible for overseeing quality assurance and quality control functions, as well as managing programs and projects to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities
  • Program Management: Develop and implement program strategies to ensure clinical research quality, including oversight of quality assurance and quality control functions.
  • Project Management: Plan, coordinate, and execute key high-priority projects to ensure timely completion and compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Quality Assurance: Develop and implement quality assurance processes to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and to identify areas for improvement.
  • Collaboration: Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure effective communication and coordination of clinical research activities.
  • Reporting: Develop and maintain reports to track program progress and identify areas for improvement.
Requirements
  • Education: Master's degree in a related field.
  • Experience: 36 months of related experience, or 72 months of experience in lieu of a Master's degree.
  • Skills: Detail-oriented, highly organized, ability to build rapport with stakeholders, strong initiative to solve problems, and ability to read and understand complex written materials.
