Job Title: Log Construction Laborer

We are seeking a skilled and motivated individual to join our team as a Log Construction Laborer at Top Notch Logworks Inc.

Job Summary:

The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting in the construction of high-quality log structures, working in a fast-paced environment, and demonstrating a strong work ethic.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the fabrication and installation of log structures, rail, deck, and other related components.
  • Control costs and support crew leads to complete jobs at or under quoted hours.
  • Maintain site and yard organization throughout the workday.
  • Follow outlined job processes to complete jobs according to company standards.
  • Learn about tools and log products for their correct use and/or application.
  • Organize and produce work on the jobsite in cooperation with co-workers.
  • Layout job in an efficient manner based on bid.

Requirements:

  • Some carpentry experience preferred.
  • Bilingual (English required, Spanish preferred).
  • Ability to read blueprints preferred.
  • Clean driving record required.
  • Reliable vehicle required.
  • Climb ladders and work from heights required.
  • Work onsite or in yard required.
  • References required.

Since that time, the company has grown to a multi-million dollar revenue generator with an outstanding reputation for quality and dependability.

Compensation:

$19-25/hr.

Schedule:

8-10 hour day shift, M-F, 40 hrs/week.
