Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Log Construction Laborer to join our team at Top Notch Logworks in Gypsum, CO. As a Log Construction Laborer, you will assist in building high-quality log structures in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Production: Follow plans to fabricate and install log structures, maintain organization on site and in the yard, learn about tools and products for correct use, and layout jobs efficiently based on bids.
  • Self-Management: Contribute to a positive work culture, regulate yourself and exemplify company values, stay engaged and involved on projects.
  • Data Analysis & Office Processes: Assess job reports against estimates, answer phone calls, adhere to company procedures and policies.
  • Client Interfacing: Interact with clients to ensure satisfaction, take site photos before, during, and after jobs.
Requirements
  • Some Carpentry Experience
  • Bilingual preferred
  • Ability to read blueprints preferred
  • Clean driving record
  • Reliable vehicle
  • Ability to work from heights
