At THE MAX Challenge, we're seeking a highly skilled Digital Marketing Manager to join our team. As a key member of our marketing team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing marketing campaigns that drive engagement, conversion, and revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute marketing strategies that align with our business goals and objectives.
  • Manage and optimize digital marketing campaigns across various channels, including email, social media, search engines, and display advertising.
  • Measure and report on the performance of digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs).
  • Conduct market research and analyze trends to identify new opportunities and improve campaign performance.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to produce engaging content and optimize user experience.
  • Stay up-to-date with emerging digital marketing trends and technologies.
  • Initiate proactive communication with stakeholders in regards to campaign performance and areas of opportunity.
Qualifications:
  • 2+ years of experience in paid digital marketing, including management and optimization of budgets.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing channels, including SEO, PPC, social media, email marketing, and display advertising.
  • Proficient in marketing automation tools.
  • Excellent analytical skills and experience with web analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics).
  • Strong project management skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite.

  • Manager - utilize internal resources for key administrative support, delegating tasks and ensuring all work meets expectations, accuracy, and deadlines.
  • Copywriter - produce compelling copy to drive leads and conversions and give advice and feedback to other marketers on their campaigns.
  • Dynamic - displaying high energy in all interactions with peers, management, and team.
  • Confident - belief in their ability to deliver on aggressive growth targets.
  • Forward thinking - constantly looking for new and better ways of doing things. Understanding what and how new technology can drive efficiencies and better results.
  • Goal Oriented - never losing sight of the revenue targets, constantly tracking campaign ROI and ensuring that the plans that have been laid out to achieve our financial targets get completed.
  • Resourceful - using initiative to solve problems, overcome obstacles, and complete projects.
