We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Manager, Collateral Operations to join our team at Jefferies. As a key member of our Collateral Management team, you will be responsible for assisting the VP of Collateral in the daily oversight of Collateral Operations.
Key Responsibilities- Assist in the daily oversight of Collateral Operations, including process approvals related to Collateral Operations.
- Collaborate with the VP of Collateral to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, including Dodd Frank, CFTC, SEC, and ISDA regulations.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders to ensure effective communication and collaboration.
- Provide expert guidance and support to team members on Collateral Operations-related matters.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments, and implement best practices to improve Collateral Operations processes.
- 5+ years of experience in Collateral Management Operations, specifically in Variation Margin and Reg Initial Margin processes.
- Strong understanding of derivatives product knowledge, including Foreign Exchange, Rates, Credit, and Equities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Preferred qualifications include experience with SmartStream TLM Collateral, TriOptima triResolve, AcadiaSoft Plus, and Broadridge.
As a Senior Manager, Collateral Operations at Jefferies, you will have the opportunity to work with a talented team of professionals and contribute to the success of our Collateral Management operations. We offer a competitive salary range of $100,000 - $120,000, as well as an annual discretionary incentive and retention bonus, competitive employee benefits, and a comprehensive paid time off package.
